Security Protocol on Credit Suisse PLUS

TLS versions below 1.2 will be disabled for plus.credit-suisse.com in different regions, See below
Asia Pacific (APAC) on 25th April, Americas(AMER) on 23rd May, Europe (EMEA) on 6th June 2020.

Credit Suisse PLUS is committed to providing the highest levels of security to its clients and thereby supports browsers with TLS 1.2 encryption. If you are already using a recent version of Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, or Internet Explorer 11, TLS 1.2 encryption should be enabled for you by
default. If you are using an older browser you will likely need to work with your internal IT department to be compatible.

To check if your browser supports TLS 1.2, you need to verify your browser settings by following the below steps:

Internet Explorer Google Chrome
1. Launch Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab
3. Scroll down to Security category, check the option box for TLS 1.2 is selected
1. Launch Google Chrome
2. Click Alt F and select Settings.
3. Scroll down and select Show advanced settings.
4. Scroll down to the Network section and click on Change proxy settings.
5. Select the Advanced tab.
6. Scroll down to Security category. Check the option TLS 1.2 is selected.
7. Click OK.
