How to remain logged in to Credit Suisse PLUS using Email Verification?

When you authenticate your email via Email Verification, Credit Suisse PLUS uses cookies to remember your session and automatically authenticate your subsequent access for 12 months. To enable this feature, please verify your browser settings:



You may need to re-authenticate your email in the following circumstances

  • You have previously used Username (Credit Suisse ID) and password to login, which does not store cookies for automatic login. Please login via Email Verification and cookies will be stored on your browser to allow us to remember your session and keep you automatically logged in for 12 months.
  • You have not been back to Credit Suisse PLUS in the last 12 months. Please verify your email address and you will remain logged in for 12 months.
  • You are using a different device than was previously used to login. Please verify your email address on this device and you will remain logged in for 12 months.
  • You are using a different browser than was previously used to login. Please verify your email address on this browser and you will remain logged in for 12 months.
  • It's your organization’s policy to delete cookies. Check with your organization’s IT department if it is possible to change the cookies policy.

Internet Explorer

  1. Launch Internet Explorer
  2. Click on "Internet Options" from Tools menu
  3. Verify "Delete browsing history on exit" is unchecked.
  4. Change to the “Privacy” tab
  5. Click on “Sites” button, if the slider is set to “High”, “Medium” or “Custom”, enter “credit-suisse.com” in the “Address of Website” text box
  6. Click on “Allow ” and “OK
